  • “My journey from dictator to leader has allowed me to influence hundreds of people in a positive way. Concentrating on leading and coaching others more consciously has greatly reduced my work-life stress and the stress of other senior managers and their teams. This has been down to Natasha’s incredible coaching and support.”

    Construction Director

  • “Working with Natasha has been a game changer for me. Before I started coaching, I felt stuck, and unable to see the wood for the trees. As a result, I have seen significant improvements in my personal approach to challenges around work. I have more clarity, focus and direction.”

    Regional Director

  • The programme has helped me understand my own role and drivers of high performance as well as understanding others in the leadership team I am part of. Being aware of my own impact is one thing, but reflecting within the team about areas that shape us to become more effective and together really redefined my priorities and the value I see in working with the team. A trustful environment facilitated by the programme was key to open up, understand the perspectives of others and helped me adapt my leadership approach to the reality of the team.

My purpose

Leadership and life are challenging, especially when facing existential crises or burnout. We often overlook opportunities for improvement, carrying unresolved issues that affect our well-being.

Despite surface-level success, there's often an underlying sense of dissatisfaction. Through my own experience, I've learned that happiness lies in understanding our internal battles. Self-awareness is the key to unlocking human potential, requiring support and compassion to navigate the journey towards fulfilment.

What is conscious leadership?

Conscious Leadership for the Future of Work

AI is changing everything. The leaders who navigate it know themselves.

The leaders who will navigate the AI age are not the ones who know the most. They are the ones who know themselves and how to get the best from people and technology. That is what will differentiate the best leaders in the future of work.

The Leadership Challenge
01

72 percent of leaders report burnout. The people most at risk are often the committed, conscientious leaders who care deeply about their work.

This is not a capability problem. It is a capacity problem. These leaders are giving more than the system gives back.

More training is not enough. In fact, 75 percent of leadership programmes fail to create lasting change. The answer is a different quality of leadership, beginning with how you lead yourself.

72%of leaders report burnout, according to The Oxford Review’s 20 year analysis
3xhigher employee turnover under leaders experiencing burnout
47%of their people experience burnout too

The Conscious Leadership Performance System™

What makes a leader genuinely great, and how do we know?

02

Developed with senior academics from University College London, it gives organisations a clear baseline: where leaders are thriving, where risk is building and what changes as people grow.

01

Awake

What is going on in and around me? The leader who understands what they are feeling, what is driving them and the impact they are having.

02

Resilient

How am I supporting myself? The leader who replenishes as well as gives, because sustainable performance depends on caring for the person doing the performing.

03

Together

How can we help each other? The leader who creates an environment where people can bring their best and where trust is strong enough to hold challenge and growth.

04

Purposeful

How am I focusing my time? The leader who knows why the work matters, communicates it clearly and keeps people connected to what counts.

05

Growing

What can I learn? The leader who stays curious and supports growth in themselves and the people they lead.

Validated by senior academics at University College London across three independent studies and more than 1,200 leaders

Measure it

You cannot improve what you cannot measure.

Natasha created the first scientifically validated psychometric to measure leadership performance, wellbeing and burnout risk. Developed with senior academics at University College London, it gives organisations a clear baseline: where leaders are thriving, where risk is building and the development that will transform culture and performance.

Unlike traditional assessments, it goes beyond emotional intelligence, capturing the traits that drive leadership satisfaction, resilience and impact. Beyond any other psychometric measure on the market, it provides:

The Conscious Leader Psychometric™46% more about a person’s potential job satisfaction43% more about work engagement37% more about performance30% more about wellbeing19% more about burnout
Transformation that lasts

Why Conscious Leadership is critical for transformation success.

When you solve the problem of technology, you are left with the problem of people. Conscious Leadership is the human operating system that makes transformation stick.

Why transformations stall

  • Leaders are not aligned on what success looks like.
  • Teams are not equipped to operate differently.
  • Change is not embedded, so people return to old behaviours.
  • Psychological safety is missing and the truth is not spoken.
  • Human dynamics are not addressed in time.

What Conscious Leadership brings

  • A shared belief system around enabling leadership.
  • Teams that are empowered to make decisions and grow.
  • Healthy behaviours that are embedded, not performed.
  • Psychological safety that is built intentionally and sustained.
  • Everyone learning together as an empowered system.

How calm, healthy conscious leaders show up.

Regulated

They manage their own state under pressure, so they can stay calm, think clearly and respond with intent. Their steadiness becomes the team’s steadiness.

Low ego

They lead in service of the outcome, not from self protection or the need to be right. They can take challenge, admit mistakes and create room for others to grow.

Self aware

They understand their patterns, triggers and impact on others. That knowledge helps them lead with more authenticity, confidence and choice.

Put on your own oxygen mask first.

When leaders become more conscious of themselves, and are supported through change, they create the conditions to lead their best self and help others thrive.

The Seven Traits

What conscious leadership looks like in practice.

03

Project Bright Spot asked a positive question: what does outstanding leadership look like when it is working? Supported by BT, Oracle, St John’s Ambulance and UCL, the research found seven traits shared by great leaders.

1

They see you

They take time to know each person, what drives them and what may be holding them back.

2

They stretch you

They are ambitious for their people, notice potential and encourage growth beyond what someone thought possible.

3

They are present

They listen, pay attention and make people feel that they matter.

4

They are not afraid of challenge

They create psychological safety and address difficult conversations with honesty.

5

They have your back

They advocate for their people, make their belief known and protect the team from unnecessary pressure.

6

They trust you

They offer trust first, give real autonomy and mentor without controlling every detail.

7

They set clear direction

They communicate a clear vision and clear expectations, especially when pressure rises.

"Followship is earned. People choose to follow because of how these leaders make them feel."

Six of the seven traits appeared in every case study, and 47 percent of interviews revealed all seven. It is the combination that helps people thrive.

"Natasha's approach is transformational and is how I took the Ford Motor Company from loss making to achieving significant success."Alan Mulally · Former CEO, Ford Motor Company

This human centred approach works at scale. It can be seen in Ford's turnaround and in Octopus Energy's rise as one of the world's most successful energy companies.

"Conscious leadership is different because it focuses on the awareness and wellbeing of the leader, that is a game changer."

"What stood out most is the facilitation, a powerful balance of transformation and organisational psychology, alongside leadership and coaching expertise. Colleagues have told me it's the best leadership programme they've ever attended."

Programme Sponsor, Global Energy Company

"Linked to our successful growth, it was critical that we created one united culture, rather than a series of micro cultures. We wanted to minimise the risk of burnout and build psychological safety within our teams. Developing Conscious Leadership capability was key to this and enabled our leaders to build healthy and inclusive behaviours that drive sustained performance."

About Natasha

I have failed at this. I held senior leadership roles, and I broke.

That experience is why this work is personal. I was capable, committed and outwardly successful, while quietly losing my ability to sustain it.

I spent the years that followed trying to answer the question I could not answer when I needed it most, what enables leaders and teams to thrive?

That work became the Conscious Leadership Performance System™, validated by senior academics at UCL, a pioneering leadership model focused on the future of work and organisational transformation.

My mission is to help 100 million people thrive through conscious leadership.

About Natasha

My passion lies in helping leaders thrive. Having held leadership roles for most of my career, I understand the pressures involved. Whether these burdens are imposed by our environment or ourselves, they often make it difficult to stay at our best and realise our true potential.

Life's relentless pace can leave us disconnected from what truly matters and from what we need to find greater satisfaction and fulfilment. After rebuilding myself following burnout, I embarked on a journey of self-discovery. This journey led me to understand that flourishing as leaders and individuals requires connecting with who we truly are.

By understanding myself better, I unlocked new possibilities and improved the quality of my life. It wasn’t always easy, but it was profoundly rewarding. Now, I journey with other leaders, helping them overcome the blocks they face so they can live healthier, happier lives and make a greater impact on the world around them.

What my clients are saying

  • “Conscious and unconscious leadership does not operate in perfect isolation. Working with Natasha created the headspace to proactively navigate away from the less effective unconscious leadership behaviours towards proactive conscious leadership, thus leading to enhanced performance, better decision making and ultimately higher level of performance.”

Managing Director, Justice & Government Chief Commercial Officer, G4S

  • “Every organisation strives to create high performing teams. Conscious leadership is different because it focuses on the wellbeing of the leader as well as that of the team – that is a game changer in terms of acknowledging how it’s important to focus care and attention on the person who holds that key role as well as the team they lead.”

    Chief People Officer, NHS

  • “Conscious leadership focuses on how leaders can enhance their own personal wellbeing (which can often be overlooked in other programmes) as well as being more aware of their impact on team members. Investing in this programme ensures that leaders can continue to be high performers as well as driving team performance in a purposeful and healthy way.”
